Children’s Expos Weekly ‘Gift Card’ Giveaway!
Promotion/Giveaway: Children’s Expos Amazon.com weekly Gift Card Giveaway – If you ‘like’ Children’s Expos on Facebook then you are automatically entered into our weekly $20.00 Amazon.com Gift Card Giveaway! This is our way of saying ‘THANK YOU’ for your loyalty and support of Children’s Expos! This promotion will run weekly, through the end of 2011. We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time, at our sole discretion. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Drawings: Once a week, we will conduct a single random drawing from everyone who ‘likes’ Children’s Expos. The drawing will take place every Monday through the end of 2011. We will post the winners name on the Children’s Expos Facebook Wall and the winner will have 1 week to respond to our post (with a confirming comment under our announcement of their name) to collect their prize! Once your prize is confirmed on Facebook, you will then email Promotions@ChildrensExpos.com with your complete contact information so we can get your prize to you. If the winner fails to respond to our post within the guidelines set above, you will forfeit your prize, no exceptions! Our decisions are always final.
Prizes: The weekly winner will receive an ‘Amazon.com Gift Card’ with a value of $20.00 from Children’s Expos. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made. Winners are responsible for paying all income and other taxes associated with the prize, if any.
Internet: Children’s Expos, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to respond to winning notification.
